Review Lists for Consultation
The University of Melbourne closely manages its scholarly collection through regular reviews and an annual Materials Vote, which determines the annual budget allocation for the Library to build and sustain the University's scholarly collection. This process is managed by the University's Scholarly Services in partnership with Faculty and academic colleagues.
As part of managing the Materials Vote, the Library regularly assesses the collection to identify titles and subscriptions for possible non-renewal. These reviews help to ensure the ongoing relevance and use of the collection and the financial sustainability of the Materials Vote.
