You can renew your item if:
- It's a 7, 28 or 90 day loan period, or a BONUS+ item and;
- No one else has requested the item.
- You have less than $25.00 in fines.
- You have not already reached your limit for renewals.
- It's not too soon or too late to renew the item.
Exception: Lenton Parr Library 7 day loan media items can't be renewed.

How to renew items
Log into your record online and renew items. If another user has requested your item, it is non-renewable, or it's too soon to renew, then a message will display.

Bring the items to the desk or indicate to staff the items to be renewed on the screen.
Items can be renewed by scanning them on a self-service machine.
