Manually renewing items
Patrons can manually renew items unlimited times until the maximum loan days for the collection type is reached (see: Loan Periods). There is no renewal limit—only a limit on the total time an item can be borrowed. Each manual renewal sets the new due date from the renewal date (e.g., a 28-day loan renewed today will be due 28 days from today).
| Item | When you can renew |
|---|---|
| 7 day loan | 3 days before the due date, and up to 3 days after the due date. |
| 28/90 day loan | 7 days before the due date, and up to 7 days after the due date. |
