Add research outputs to your ARC RMS profile

The Research Outputs team can assist with Grant pre-application activities by ensuring accurate representation of research outputs in Elements, and potentially ORCID. Enabling research outputs to be imported into the ARC Research Management System (RMS).

  • Connect your ORCID: Automatically sync your research outputs.
  • Export a BibTex file from Elements: Manually upload your outputs.

Request a presentation or consultation

  • Request a Consultation: Use the ServiceNow form and select ‘general question’ to schedule a session with your RO business partner.
  • Presentations: Quick 10-15 minute sessions available for groups or individuals, demonstrating the best practice management of research outputs at the University of Melbourne.

  • Data Quality: Continuous improvements ensure accurate metadata. The RO team can help add or repair missing metadata on request.
  • Verification: Manually entered records must be verified by the RO team.
