About Digital Scholarship
The Digital Scholarship Program in the University Library aims to optimise the digital transformation of scholarly practice through partnership with researchers and scholars at the University of Melbourne.

Research Data Management
We offer a range of services to support researchers in managing their data, including advice on policy, tools and resources as well as one-to-one research data consultation services.

Research Data Curation
Our Research Data Curation service provides researchers with a process to consider their data needs for current and prospective use, focusing on consultation and solutions for improved access, data protection, citation and documentation.

Data Forensics Lab
Our Data Forensics Lab offers a range of services for examining, analysing, recovering, re-using and preserving data stored in digital media in a forensically sound manner. The Data Forensics Lab can process a variety of modern and legacy computer storage media using state-of-the-art, purpose-built hardware and software.

Training & Outreach
We offer training in Research Data Management such as the Managing Data @ Melbourne training program. Through our outreach activities, we participate in national and international conferences, contribute to University projects and foster collaboration with external partners.

University Digitisation Centre
The University Digitisation Centre (UDC) works closely with the Digital Scholarship team in the Library-Research Program. UDC provides expert advice and a range of digitisation services to the University community.
