Replacing a lost or damaged book

Report your lost or damaged item* to the library to generate an invoice for the replacement cost. Items that have been invoiced will appear in your record as a fine.

Then simply pay the fine to lift all restrictions.

Fines and suspensions

*A damaged item is an item that can't be reasonably used by others and is considered beyond repair.

Inter-library Loans

If you borrowed the item via inter-library loans please contact Resource Sharing staff. The amount can be paid at a library service desk once the replacement charge has been calculated.

No replacement items will be accepted.
