Style notes for this reference type

  • Include the author/artist and title of the work in the body of the text and put an in-text reference for the book that the image/illustration is in.
  • "Year" refers to the year that the image or artwork was created. If you don’t know the date, use the abbreviation n.d. (no date) or if you only know the approximate date, use the abbreviation c. (circa).
