Single-sign On for Library Databases and eJournals

The Library is implementing Single-sign On (SSO) for many of our large databases and eJournals over the next week.

We have joined the OpenAthens federation to improve and secure access to our most popular content. OpenAthens will help you use your UniMelb login to access Discovery, EBSCO databases, ProQuest, Kanopy, Nature and many other resources. This login will allow you to easily use the database features such as saving searches and resources, sharing and exporting without creating an additional account. Most vendors do not require us to pass your details onto them to enable these features. More information about OpenAthens and your Security and Privacy is available on our website.
