Our scholarly information strategy
Following an extensive consultation process, in July 2008 the University Council adopted Melbourne's Scholarly Information Future: a ten-year strategy. That document now forms part of the University's broader Growing Esteem agenda.
The Scholarly Information Future strategy is reviewed regularly in consultation with stakeholders. The University Library works in partnership with strategy, research, infrastructure and other parts of the University to implement the Information Future strategy.
Contents of the strategy
- Definition of "scholarly information"
- Aspirations -- our long-term strategic goals
- Principles to guide our decisions
- Milestones for 2015
- Milestones for 2020
