Many  of these  books were formerly housed as the Botany Rare Book collection  in the Botany Library. The European material has been integrated  into the BX collection, while the  Australian material has been housed  in the Australiana collection. This Collection is especially rich in 18th century  Botanical books, particularly in the area of gardening.
