Please note there are two known issues that can happen with our web forms. We are working to upgrade them ASAP however, in the meantime if you are having a problem submitting your form because:
- The submit button isn't there - please clear your browser cache and try to submit again. Also, using Internet Explorer should always work.
- You're trying to request a book and the Delivery Method is set to Pickup and there is no drop down list to select which library you wish to collect it from - change the Delivery Method from Pickup to Post to Web and then back to Pickup again. Once you've done that the drop down list should appear.
Please note: the journal request form looks different from the book form and unfortunately doesn't send you a request confirmation email; don't worry your request is still being processed.
